XDZ型电动自行小车输送机是一种高度灵敏、高度自动化的新型物料搬运设备，拥有铝合金轨道(XDZ1)和组合式型刚轨道(XDZ2)两种结构形式。系统由牵引主小车、承載副小车、承载梁、环链葫芦、吊具、轨道、道岔、回转、滑导线系统、电控系统等组成。通过设置垂直升降段、平移段，可实现电动自行小车在不同标高轨道层以及不同线路之间的转换，以适应物料输送和装卸的要求。
